Refund policy

Refunds & Cancellations

We do NOT ACCEPT refunds or cancellations on any orders due to the custom nature of our products. Once an order is placed, it goes into production and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your product is damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To process this:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

 

Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color selection
• Any other reason unrelated to product damage

All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products.
